Deposit
A deposit is required for every rental. It is returned after the gear comes back undamaged, in the same condition as when it was picked up.
Identification
A national ID card or another valid identification document is required at pickup.
Damage liability
The renter is responsible for damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be taken from the deposit; any remaining amount is charged afterwards.
Return deadline
Gear must be returned on time, in working order, with every item from the kit. Late returns are charged at the daily rate.
Delivery and pickup
Pickup is available in Pančevo (about 20 minutes from Belgrade) or by post. Delivery is free for rentals of 7 days or more; otherwise courier rates apply.
Cancellation
Cancellations are handled by agreement. If the gear is already reserved and prepared, we may charge part of the amount or the deposit depending on the circumstances.
